We're looking for a Senior Content & Digital Marketing Manager who knows that great marketing is about more than clicks and impressions. Someone who can craft compelling stories, turn data into decisions, and create digital experiences that inspire guests to book, stay, and come back.

What you'll do
You won't just create content. You'll drive business.
• You'll write and edit Bomporto's most important content, from website copy and accommodation packages to campaigns, newsletters, brochures, guest communications, and menus;
• You'll manage CRM performance, guest database growth, segmentation, automation, and data integrity;
• You'll create and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on engagement, upselling, and conversion;
• You'll lead SEO and GEO initiatives across three hotel websites, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, traffic, and bookings;
• You'll collaborate with Revenue, Operations, F&B, Spa, and General Managers to support commercial objectives through content and digital marketing;
Who you are
• You are an exceptional writer and editor with native-level or near-native English communication skills;
• You combine creativity with a strong commercial mindset;
• You have hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and digital performance marketing;
• You are comfortable working with WordPress, Revinate (or similar platforms), Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console;
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously;
